Seen from the roundabout. The house is situated between the Heatherslade Hotel, a small quiet residential nursing home, the loo's and Pennard stores. (The loo indidentally is closed quite early each evening by Swansea council and has never been a nuisance in any way to our family.) Pennard Stores a minutes walk away is open 364 days a year so living here you need never go short of a newspaper or a bottle of milk, or a bottle of wine perhaps and for all other sorts of useful things - it's very handy to have a shop next door.
For further afield without the car the bus stops at the roundabout just 30 feet from the house for both scheduled services and useful for the kids the school services.
